Best Applicant Tracking Systems in Saudi Arabia (2026): 9 Platforms Compared
A sourced comparison of nine ATS platforms for Saudi employers, with published prices where they exist, verified Arabic support, and what each vendor does not do.
Most “best ATS in Saudi Arabia” lists are written by one of the vendors on the list, rank that vendor first, and contain no prices. This one is also written by a vendor. The difference is that everything below was checked against the vendors’ own published pages in September 2026, the sources are named, and where a fact could not be verified it says so instead of filling the gap.
What the research actually found
Three findings surprised us enough to lead with them.
- Almost nobody publishes a price. Of eight platforms checked, five publish no figure at all. Talentera, ZenHR, Elevatus and Qureos all route to a demo. Greenhouse publishes no number in any currency. Manatal, Workable and Ashby publish theirs.
- No global platform localises its recruiter interface into Arabic. Workable, Greenhouse and Manatal each publish an explicit list of supported interface languages, and Arabic is on none of them. Workable states the limitation outright: its help centre says you can only write left-to-right.
- Arabic CV parsing and an Arabic interface are different products. Greenhouse and Ashby both list Arabic among parseable resume languages while offering no Arabic UI. Several regional vendors claim a bilingual interface while making no specific claim about parsing Arabic CVs. Buyers routinely conflate the two.
The comparison
Every cell reflects what the vendor published as of 10 September 2026. Blank claims are recorded as “none found” rather than as a negative, because absence from a website is not proof of absence from the product.
Regional platforms
| Platform | Published price | Free trial | Arabic interface | Saudi system integrations |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Talentera | None. Four tiers named, no figures. | None found | Claims English and Arabic; full Arabic site | Mentions Saudization and Emiratisation. No Nitaqat, Qiwa or GOSI integration named. |
| ZenATS (ZenHR) | None. Quoted per organisation; ZenATS is a paid add-on to a bundle. | 14 days | Claims bilingual interface and bilingual careers pages | Strongest of any vendor checked: claims GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem and WPS — but at the HR-platform level, not inside ZenATS. Qiwa not mentioned. |
| EVA-REC (Elevatus) | None. There is no pricing page; the URL redirects to the homepage. | None found | Arabic switcher present. Language counts contradict each other across their own pages. | None found |
| Iris (Qureos) | None. No pricing page. Describes a pay-per-qualified-candidate model. | Free job posting, limits not published | None found. No Arabic switcher observed. | None found |
| Rezome | Free tier; paid plans priced per organisation per month. Published on /pricing. | Free tier, no card | Full Arabic and English including RTL | None claimed today |
Global platforms
| Platform | Published price | Free trial | Arabic interface | Arabic CV parsing |
|---|---|---|---|---|

| Greenhouse | None published, in any currency | None published | No. Six interface languages listed; Arabic absent. Job posts support Hebrew but not Arabic. | Yes, Arabic listed |
| Manatal | From $15 per user per month billed annually | 14 days | No. English, Spanish, French and German only. | Claims all languages |
| Ashby | From $300/month at 1–10 employees. Higher tiers not published. | None published | No evidence found either way. No language page published. | Yes, Arabic among ~107 languages |
How to actually choose
If you hire in Arabic
This narrows the field faster than any other requirement. The global platforms handle Arabic as data, not as an interface: they will parse an Arabic CV, but your recruiters work in English and your careers page cannot be presented in Arabic. If your applicants write in Arabic and your coordinators work in Arabic, that is a daily cost, not a preference.
Do not take any vendor’s word for it, including ours. We wrote a five-test script for checking this during a demo — parsing, search, cross-language scoring, duplicate identity, and what the candidate sees. Run it on your own CVs.
If Saudization reporting matters
Be precise about what you need. Most platforms that mention Saudization mean they are aware of it, not that they compute it. ZenHR is the only vendor in this set claiming actual integrations with Saudi government systems, and those sit in its HR platform rather than its applicant tracking module — which matters, because Saudization is a workforce calculation, not a hiring-pipeline one.
Notably, no vendor checked claims Qiwa integration. If someone tells you they have it, ask to see it working.
If budget certainty matters
The absence of published pricing across most of this market is itself information. A vendor that will not publish a number is usually pricing per deal, which means the price depends on how much they think you will pay and how well you negotiate. That is workable for an enterprise with a procurement function. It is a poor fit for a team of five who need to know this month whether the tool is affordable.
Manatal is the cheapest published option by a wide margin and the only genuine per-seat model in this set. Workable and Ashby both start around $300 a month at their smallest band. We publish a free tier and per-organisation monthly prices for our paid plans on our pricing page, which always shows the current figures.
Where we fit, and where we do not
The honest positioning: we are the option for a Saudi or Gulf employer who wants an Arabic interface with Arabic CV parsing, a published price, and a free tier to test on real data before talking to anyone.
We are not the right choice in several situations, and it is cheaper for both of us to say so now.
- You need deep Saudization and payroll compliance. We do not integrate with GOSI, Mudad or Qiwa today. ZenHR does, at the platform level.
- You are an enterprise with a mature structured-hiring process. Greenhouse is built around exactly that and has the deepest integration ecosystem.
- You are a large agency running high-volume outbound sourcing. Talentera and Qureos both claim very large candidate databases; we do not have one.
- You need a long list of third-party reviews before buying. We are early. If that is your procurement requirement, the established platforms will satisfy it and we will not.
Method and limits
Everything here was read from vendor-published pages on 10 September 2026. Pricing and features change, sometimes quietly. If you find something out of date, tell us and we will correct it and note the date.
Common questions
- Which applicant tracking systems support Arabic?
- Among global platforms, none localise the recruiter interface into Arabic: Workable, Greenhouse and Manatal each publish interface language lists that exclude it, and Workable states its system only writes left-to-right. Greenhouse and Ashby do parse Arabic CVs, which is a different capability. Regional platforms including Talentera, ZenHR and Rezome claim bilingual Arabic and English interfaces.
- How much does an ATS cost in Saudi Arabia?
- Most vendors do not publish a price. Of nine platforms checked in September 2026, Talentera, ZenHR, Elevatus, Qureos and Greenhouse publish no figure and route to a sales conversation. Manatal starts at $15 per user per month billed annually, Workable at $299 per month for 1 to 20 employees, Ashby at $300 per month for 1 to 10 employees, and Rezome publishes a free tier plus per-organisation monthly prices for its paid plans on its pricing page.
- Which ATS integrates with Qiwa or GOSI?
- No vendor checked claims Qiwa integration on its published pages. ZenHR is the only one claiming Saudi government system integrations, listing GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem and WPS, and those sit in its broader HR platform rather than its applicant tracking module.
- Do global platforms like Greenhouse and Workable work for Saudi employers?
- They work, with a specific limitation: your recruiters work in an English interface and your careers page cannot be presented in Arabic. They will parse Arabic CVs. None of them claims any Saudization, Nitaqat, Qiwa or GOSI support. Whether that matters depends on whether your applicants and coordinators actually work in Arabic.
- Which ATS offers a free trial?
- Workable publishes 15 days, Manatal 14 days, and ZenATS 14 days. Qureos offers free job posting without published limits. Greenhouse, Ashby, Talentera and Elevatus publish no trial. Rezome has a free tier with no time limit rather than a timed trial; its paid plan prices are published on its pricing page.
